North Down is less than 30 minutes away from Belfast, and is serviced by a variety of major roads that link it to the major sea and airports.

Bangor is also the location for a combined bus and rail centre, providing access to all parts of North Down and the rest of the province.

There are two main airports which operate out of Belfast, the centrally located Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport. Sea

Sea routes to Northern Ireland

There are a variety of ferries which operate to and from No rthern Ireland to various locations throughout the UK. There are services which operate to and from Scotland from Belfast and Larne to Stranraer, Cairnryan. Seacat also operates services from Belfast to Troon and Heysham. There is also an overnight sailing from Belfast to Liverpool.
